In Demo we pay tribute to the spirit and flavors of the Lima taverns of yesteryear, evoking those recipes that were written down in a notebook, hoping to endure over time.
Our houses in Barranco and Surco are places to eat, drink and have a good time. There we celebrate spontaneous laughter, a good party and the freedom to eat as each one wishes.
